Customer planned protocols
Before work begins, the customer approves access, escort, and change control. The protocol records the equipment operating state and site safety rules. From service plan review to handoff
The buyer supplies the requested areas, accessible surfaces, access rules, and operating state. The service plan documents permitted surfaces, work sequence, site controls, and handoff steps. Completion is reviewed against that documented service plan.

The planned technical-space service plan may cover white-space areas, accessible raised-floor surfaces, and planned technical-equipment exteriors. Routine offices, restrooms, common areas, and other support spaces can be scoped separately when included in the request. Controlled-environment or laboratory needs belong with the existing cleanroom and laboratory cleaning service. Data center technical-space cleaning has a narrower purpose than routine industrial cleaning. Support areas can be evaluated under the appropriate commercial or industrial service plan, while the customer planned technical-space protocol governs white-space surfaces and equipment exteriors.

Does the service plan include IT equipment or data access?
No. The cleaning service plan excludes rack opening, internal equipment cleaning, cable handling, floor-tile lifting, and equipment movement. It also excludes access to data, credentials, consoles, storage devices, or network operations.
How is completed work handed back?
Handoff follows the customer planned protocol for the facility. Completion is reviewed against the planned areas, sequence, access conditions, and handoff requirements.
